With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Tahir brings extensive knowledge and leadership to Maple. After becoming CeMAP qualified in 2008, Tahir went on to establish and grow the estate agency alongside Maple's mortgage and protection services.
His experience across property, finance and public service allows Maple to offer clients a friendly, joined-up service, whether they are letting, selling, buying or arranging their mortgage.
Outside of work, Tahir loves giving back to the local community and is always happy to get involved in local events. He is also a big cricket fan and a lifelong Arsenal supporter.
Madalina plays an important role in the day-to-day running of Maple Properties. She oversees administration and supports the smooth management of the lettings and property side of the business. With a strong focus on organisation, communication and customer service, Madalina helps ensure that landlords, tenants and clients receive a reliable and professional experience.
Madalina can speak four languages: English, Romanian, Italian and Spanish. This helps her communicate confidently with a wide range of clients and makes her a valuable part of the Maple team.
Outside of work, Madalina loves travelling and exploring new places. She is also known for bringing cheerful and positive energy to the office.
Usman is a CeMAP-qualified financial adviser and estate agent at Maple. Working across both the property and mortgage sides of the business, he helps clients navigate the process of finding a property and exploring the finance options available to them. His combined role reflects Maple's approach of providing a convenient, personal and connected service under one roof.
Outside of work, Usman enjoys staying active and regularly plays tennis and padel. His competitive side and enthusiasm for sport are matched by the energy he brings to his work at Maple.
Saima is a fully qualified, CeMAP-certified mortgage and protection broker. She supports clients in finding suitable mortgage solutions and helps them understand the protection options available to safeguard themselves and their families. Saima is committed to making the process clear, straightforward and tailored to each client's circumstances.
